It wasn’t until later in life, when I hired a personal trainer, that I became interested in exercise. Before that it seemed that I didn’t have the knowledge, discipline, or passion to follow through with anything I tried. My kayak sat in the garage having only been used once, my snowboard was abandoned after an ankle injury, and the gym I was a member to was a place I rarely visited. It wasn’t until I developed a relationship with a personal trainer that all of this changed for me and now I seek to provide that same service and inspiration for others.


Having recently completed two half marathons, I have an active membership with the Alhambra Athletics’ Club and am always striving for new goals. My focus is to maintain a healthy lifestyle while improving my overall self image.
